•A 50% fee will be charged for any cancellations that are less than 24 hours before your appointment. Please give notice if you cannot make it. •If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will automatically be canceled/charged a fee and will need to reschedule. • 30 minutes, with no response to messages/calls, is considered a no-show. •NO CALL, NO SHOW is unacceptable, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and can no longer book with me. • Please arrive with a freshly cleaned face and ZERO makeup. • Lash Bath kits are available for sale. All ingredients are labeled. Final sale. • If you have any issues with shedding/quicker fall out, notify me WITHIN 48 hours, and I will fix the issue free of charge. If it’s after the 48-hour mark, you will need to schedule a quick fix and will be charged. • You must have at least 35-45% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill. If you are missing more, you WILL be charged for a full set. • NO foreign fills, unless consulted with me, and will also be $20 more than the normal fill needed if you are approved for a foreign fill. • Week fills must be discussed with me before booking. Week fill prices are half the price of the original fills of that set. • NO REFUNDS. • Deposits are also NON-REFUNDABLE. • When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms. • CASH preferred.
